Social Equity: Closing the Gap Through Technology and Open Data
Tuesday, May 9, 2017 | 1-4pm
Thanks to everyone who joined us during Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW) for our symposium on addressing social equity through technology and open data. It was wonderful learning about the initiatives across public service sectors to use technology and open data in the pursuit of social equity in public administration. We are extremely grateful for the contributions of our panelists and moderators and for your participation in the discussion. We hope you will continue to be engaged in the discussion. Panel one focused on applying technology and open data to achieve social equity through both private and nonprofit organizations. Panel two focused on public policies regarding technology and open data through state and local government.
