ASPA offers its members online learning opportunities each month, including professional development e-learning, Student Series webinars, and BookTalks.

ASPA Publications

As the largest and most prominent professional association for public administration, ASPA has many publications and resources, including: Public Administration Review (scholarly journal), PA Times (magazine), The Bridge (e-newsletter), Leadership Insights (e-publications), and more.

ASPA Sections

ASPA has 30 special interest Sections, ranging from finance and budgeting to crisis management. ASPA Sections are communities of experts and publish scholarly journals and newsletters that keep you current in the fields in which you work or study.

Join TN-ASPA

While many of our TN-ASPA events are open to all, there are advantages to joining the national ASPA organization – which includes, at no extra cost, membership in our local chapter.

There are reduced membership rates for students and new professionals as well as lower electronic membership options with only electronic access to publications instead of print and electronic. Your membership supports both the national organization and our chapter, helping us to continue advancing excellence in public service here in Middle Tennessee.
